Tasting notes
Yellow with bright golden reflections. The nose opens on fresh orange, then candied fruit and honey, with a lightly balsamic finish. On the palate the perlage is persistent and creamy. The entry is soft and harmonious, the finish dry, mineral and persistent.
Food pairings
Although it has real structure, it stays fresh and savoury enough to sip as an aperitivo. Ideal with full-flavoured fish dishes and rich sauces. A pleasing contrast of freshness with vitello tonnato. Suited to roast white meats and pork.
